Vic Victor, LLB, BL, MA, JD is the president and co-founder of The Institute For Marriage and Family Affairs (TIMFA). Victor is also the co-founder of Two-gether For Ever Inc. and Single for Now Inc., two global organizations dedicated to promoting the ideals of covenant marriage and helping families stay together. Victor is the Executive Director of VigorLife Ltd., which provides treatment and medication-assisted therapeutic treatment to individuals and family members suffering from mental illness and substance abuse in the United States and Sub-Saharan Africa. As a trained lawyer with several years of legal practice in the United States and Nigeria, Victor brings versatile experience in legal, therapeutic, and ministerial services to TIMFA. As a marriage and family therapist Victor integrates techniques and interventions from Structural Family Therapy and Spirituality in practice and training. As a multi-jurisdictional trained lawyer, Victor draws from his experience as a family law attorney and mediator in marriage and family therapy. Victor believes in healing the mind, body, and soul. His forte is in identifying and addressing the root causes of problems in marriages and family relationships. Vicor is married to his college sweetheart Rev May Victor and they have three adult children together.
May Victor, LLB, BL, MSN, PMHNP is the Co-Founder and Co-President of The Institute for Marriage and Family Affairs (TIMFA). Rev May is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 24 years of experience in the healthcare industry. May is Co-Founder of Twogether For Ever Inc. and Single for Now Inc., two global organizations dedicated to promoting the ideals of covenant marriage and helping families stay together. May is the Medical Director of VigorLife Ltd., which provides mental health, substance abuse, and wellness services to couples and families in the United States and Sub-Saharan Africa. As a trained lawyer with several years of legal practice in the United States and Nigeria, May brings versatile experience in legal, medical, ministerial, and therapeutic services to TIMFA. As a master motivator and consummate administrator, her passion for purposefulness and progress in training and mentoring students and couples is priceless. She is a believer in the saying that Two joined together by God can make it forever. May has been married for 29 years to Rev Vic Victor and they have three adult children together.
Bridget Elesin is a graduate of Edo State University , now Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State where she studied Geography and Regional planning. She has a post graduate diploma in Public administration from the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State and a diploma in theology from the All Nations For Christ Bible Institute in Benin City, Edo State. Bridget is a Certified Master Mentor, an Executive Affiliate and Certified Mental Health and Addiction Counsellor of the Institute of marriage and family Affairs (TIMFA USA). She is a John C. Maxwell Coach, Speaker, Teacher and trainer. She is also a family life Practitioner, master practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and a certified creativity coach and ambassador. Bridget is joyfully married to Tunde Elesin and makes her home in Lagos Nigeria with her three blessed and prophetic children. She and her husband are the publishers of the complete family magazine. She is also the author of the books: Fathers, You must take the lead; BridgetlySpeaking and Father – mentor…leaving a worthy legacy for your sons and daughters.
Tunde Elesin has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with over 20 years of experience in the Nigerian Oil & Gas Industry, providing business development and commercial services to the Oil and Gas sector. He has an Executive Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in America. Presently, he works for DeltaAfrik Engineering Limited (A Worley Company) as Vice President, Business Development. He is experienced in turning business prospects into successful projects. He is a facilitator at the Impact Your World Leadership Initiative. He is the Founder of the Character Academy, a leadership academy that trains young people to be excellent leaders with integrity. The Character Academy reaches people in Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire just to mention a few countries of impact with Tunde as the Lead coach and Facilitator. He is a Certified Master Mentor and a Gold Affiliate of the Institute of marriage and family affairs (TIMFA USA). Tunde is also a John.C. Maxwell certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker plus a certified creative intelligence coach. He is the author of a book; the Character series with Tunde Elesin. He is Married to Bridget Elesin and blessed with three children. He and his wife, Bridget, are the publishers of the Complete Family Magazine and permanent guests on the Complete Family Podcast.
Emecheta Ofondu is the Managing Director of Explore Greater Concerns Ltd, a food processing company in Lagos. He is also a Director in companies such as Iven Consults, Legalpedia etc. A consummate professional, Emecheta has had a varied working experience spanning over 30 years. Before his present position, he had reengineered and held the position of MD/CEO of Coscharis Technologies Ltd from 1998 to 2009. From 1994 to 1998 he was the General Manager of Coscharis Exports. His career path had also taken him through Morgan Savings and Loans Limited (Accounting officer ), and Federal Inland Revenue Service where he resigned as Senior Tax Inspector. Adept at motivating people to realize their potentials, he was involved in the FATE Foundation Mentoring programme to develop a new generation of young Nigerian entrepreneurs. For many years he was also a participating officer of the annual event of the Nigerian Economic Summit, rendering reports in the area of International Trade Policy. Emecheta holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA in Finance, both from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. In addition, he has attended numerous leadership and management courses both within and outside Nigeria, including the prestigious Chief Executive Officers course of the Lagos Business School, Pan-African University. He is married to Marian and has three kids – two boys and a girl. In his spare time, he reads, jogs and speaks/writes on Alternative Health matters.
